What to expect on your first visit
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork.

A thorough examination which includes a medical and dental history.
A discussion of dental goals or issues, an in-depth assessment of your jaw joint, muscles, teeth and gums, an oral cancer screening and full dental charting. Digital X-rays for instant assessment are available where required.

A comprehensive treatment plan and discussion based on your examination.
We will often accumulate all the required information and if you have complex requirements we will bring you back for a no charge second consultation to discuss your dental care in depth and to make appropriate dental choices where required. We always endeavour to give you multiple options wherever possible.

Hygiene care
Includes use of manual & electric toothbrushes, dental floss & interdental brushes.

New patients: To give you the best possible care we need to know more about you, please begin by filling in this online medical history form and forward to us before your appointment or bring it with you on the day. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.
Dental Emergencies
Whatever the dental emergency, we endeavour to see you in a timely manner. Give us a call and we’ll do our very best to get you treated and feeling better in no time.
Payment info
Payments can be made with cash, all major credit cards and direct debit. For your convenience we are linked with HICAPS for immediate health fund claiming.
Bulk billing is avaliable for children 2-18 years who are covered by the Children Dental Benefit Scheme under Medicare.
We know life can get in the way sometimes, however, we appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. A fee may be charged for breaking/missing an appointment.
